Several factors determine whether, when, where, and to what extent someone will exhibit signs of aging.
Mild to significant indications can appear in our late forties, fifties, and sixties, in the forehead, eyes,
neck, or some other skin area. Each person is unique, and that is why at the offices of Goldfingers
Aesthetics in Lady Lake, we offer customized treatment plans using a wide range of medical spa
products and services. Proudly serving the Villages Community, and the nearby towns and cities of
Leesburg, Wildwood, Fruitland Park, Belleview, and Weirsdale, we understand the more common signs
of aging that often show up in one’s older adult years and the kinds and combinations of treatments
that work the best to address them.

Pronounced Lines and Wrinkles

Lines and wrinkles are common signs of aging. Repeated expressions such as laughing, smiling, or
squinting over the years can cause dynamic wrinkles such as crow’s feet, forehead furrows, or the “11’s”
between the eyes known as glabellar lines.
Luckily, there are several neurotoxins, such as Botox and Dysport, that are excellent for treating dynamic
wrinkles or lines on the face. Botox and Dysport are FDA-approved products that reduce those wrinkles
and are safe for use with no significant downtime or side effects.

Sagging Skin

Collagen is a protein produced naturally by the body that plays an essential role in the structure and
function of skin, cartilage, bones, and connective tissue. When the skin in our face loses collagen over
time, the face loses support and volume. This causes our skin to sag. For older adults, we often
recommend a combination of treatments: injectable dermal fillers, such as Juvederm and Restylane,
collagen stimulators such as Sculptra Aesthetic and Procell Micro channeling, an in-office procedure that
generates collagen production. Micro channeling can also help with skin texture and address skin
discoloration.

Volume Loss, Sinking or Hollow Skin

Another excellent use of dermal fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane is to fill in deflated, sinking, or
hollow areas of the face. With more volume, the face can look younger and more attractive. The
Juvederm and Restylane collection of fillers are all made of hyaluronic acid – but each product in the
collection is designed to address different needs in different areas of the face, including lips, cheeks, or
chin. That is why we offer customized treatment places to our clients, to ensure the most pleasing
aesthetic result using the range of dermal fillers.

Dry, Cracked Skin

As we age, our skin begins to lose moisture. This can result in dry and cracked skin. Medical-grade
facials combined with proper skincare products are essential to address these issues. We offer several
medical-grade facial treatments, a wide-range of chemical peels, and SkinMedica skincare products to
improve skin tone, replenish moisture and manage other signs of aging.

Our team of experienced and licensed professionals will be pleased to create a customized program that
meets your aesthetic goals while being mindful of your budgetary concerns, time constraints, and other
preferences. With unparalleled service and commitment to the Villages Community and surrounding
areas, we look forward to partnering with you on your aesthetic journey.
