Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Goldfingers Aesthetics has been in the business of providing the best of FDA-approved and medical
grade treatments for over twenty years.

Only licensed medical professionals, medical doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants
administer cosmetic injectables. Licensed estheticians deliver most of our advanced skin therapies such
as microneedling and dermaplaning.

Our medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants are all licensed and trained to
administer these treatments. Because we serve more than 10,000 clients a year, we are highly
experienced and able to deliver the natural results you desire.

Many of our customers ask why we are able to offer the best prices for Botox and Dysport in the Winter Park area. They may suspect that we dilute our Botox or that it isn’t real. Trust us, the
products we use for our treatments are the real deal. We are the top 1% Provider of Botox and the
Collection of JUVEDERM Products in the country. We purchase and sell more of these products than
more than 99% of businesses. We receive discounts for being volume purchases and we pass along
those discounts to our customers. We also treat thousands of customers a year, which means you get
not only the best price for your Botox, but experienced providers.

Botulinum toxin is the neurotoxin used in Botox to temporarily reduce frown lines, smile lines, crow's
feet and forehead line by injecting it into the muscles underlying the affected areas. The lack of muscle
contraction prevents the face from forming lines and wrinkles. The result is smoother skin for three to
four months (or until it wears off). Botulinum toxin has been a cornerstone in anti-aging treatments for
decades.

Yes. Botox was first approved by the FDA as a temporary aesthetic treatment to improve the
appearance of frown lines between the eyebrows in April 2002. It has since been approved to treat
forehead lines and crow’s feet,.

Botox is effective for most patients, but not permanent. It takes about five days post-treatment for the
results to appear. However, it can take up to two weeks for the final effect to be visible. It lasts about
three to four months in most patients. The duration depends on several factors, from the way a
patient’s body metabolizes the product to the area being treated, and the dosage amount.

Dysport, like Botox, has therapeutic uses to calm muscle spasticity and reduce frown lines, crow’s feet, and glabellar lines (the 11;s between the eyes). It was first approved to treat frown lines in April
2009. The cost is generally comparable to Botox. The results may show up sooner than Botox and the
duration is about three to four months. Again, like Botox, several factors can affect longevity.

The answer depends on your muscle strength and the area that is being treated. Everyone is different
so your treatment plan will be tailored to your aesthetic needs

It is best to refrain from strenuous exercise or activity for 24 hours after treatment with Botox or
Dysport. Exercising increases your heart rate, which increases circulation throughout the body. While
this phenomenon is typically beneficial for your health, the increased blood flow may migrate the
injected Botox or Dysport to surrounding areas and can potentially lead to unwanted side effects such as
drooping eyelids or eyebrows.

It is advised to avoid the sun for four hours following botox or dermal filler injections.
