Dr. Michael McClure originally hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and traversed nationwide before establishing his practice in Orlando, Florida. His journey began in Louisiana, where his family moved during his father’s military surgical service. Subsequently, he spent his formative years in New York, where his interest in the art of aesthetics grew. After completing his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York, he pursued his medical education at S.U.N.Y. Syracuse.

Driven by his quest for excellence, he embarked on a five-year tenure in Alabama to undergo general surgery training, ultimately becoming a skilled trauma surgeon. During this phase, his innate affinity for plastic surgery emerged, leading him to shift his focus.

Completing his general surgery training as a resident and chief resident, Dr. McClure transitioned to the art of aesthetic and plastic surgery. His pursuit continued with a fellowship at the esteemed Cleveland Clinic, where he honed his expertise in oncoplastic breast surgery and minimally invasive procedures. Subsequently, he embarked on a comprehensive three-year plastic surgery training program at Ole Miss, advancing his mastery of aesthetic surgery. This training culminated in his American Board of Plastic Surgery certification and licensure in Alabama and Florida.

Away from his surgical endeavors, Dr. McClure finds solace in the company of his wife, Brandi, a fellow Orlando resident. His leisure pursuits include snow skiing, rigorous workouts, biking, and car racing. As a former basketball, lacrosse, and soccer athlete, he has a passion for sports and continues to be an ardent fan.
